When opening a support issue, include the request ID, UTC timestamp, endpoint, method, workspace ID, SDK version, `Adrata-Version`, and the smallest reproducible payload with secrets removed.
Public `api.adrata.com`, `mcp.adrata.com`, `sandbox.adrata.com`, npm, and PyPI are intentionally gated until production approval.
